When I was ready to replace the roof of my 30 squares home in the beginning of the year 2015, I started getting estimates from 6 roofing companies. The lowest was $11200 and the highest was $18600. After researching all the 6 roofing companies, I decided to go with Berry Roofing. Berry Roofing estimate was in between the low and high estimates I received. I have to be fair, Berry’s Roofing included the attic insulation in their estimate which none of the roofing companies did not even mention about attic insulation. Right from the time I initiated the estimate process, Berry Roofing was only roofing company that was in constant touch with me via emails and phone calls. Now comes the installation and service process. Berry Roofing did a beautiful job installing our new cool roof technology shingles. We had them install ridge vents and they automatically installed 5 Dormer vents on the back of the house and an additional 2 Dormer vents on our garage. Since this new roofing system has been installed, it has made a world of difference in our upstairs rooms. We use to have to use a portable air conditioner in our room just to deal with the heat. Now, we just use the central air and all is very comfy. These guys really do know what they are doing and by the way, are one of very few companies picked by Owen Corning to install there products as a premium trusted installer. In order to get full 50 year warranty, products by Owen Corning must be installed by Platinum Preferred Contractor. Berry Roofing is one of the chosen ones. Ron Berry came out himself ON VALENTINE’S DAY to give us a roofing estimate. Valentine’s day fell on a Saturday this year, so I am sure that he had other places he would rather be! Ron was still courteous and professional. He answered all of our questions, and his estimate came in $2000 less than another quote we received the day before. After the contract was finalized, Ron sent a crew the following week. They even brought their own Port-a-potty! The work was completed within a few days, and it looks spectacular!
